  • Chiropractors specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of joint, muscle and nervous system injuries. Chiropractic treatment can help improve joint mobility, decrease muscle tension, improve performance and relieve pain. We can also help you rehabilitate your current injury and educate you on how to prevent it from coming back.

  • Your first visit will consist of a thorough history and functional assessment to determine the root cause of your problem. From there, you and your Chiropractor will develop a treatment plan that best helps you achieve your goals. We use a hands on, manual therapy approach to treatment. This includes restorative stretches and strengthening exercises to help you achieve lasting results.

  • The easiest way to book your appointment is online through JaneApp. Click any of the Book Appointment buttons on our website and set up your Jane account. Once your account is set up, pick a time and date that works for you. Please fill out your intake paperwork prior to coming in for your first visit.

  • Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing you can move in. If you have knee pain, skinny jeans probably aren’t the best choice. Turtleneck sweaters are frowned upon if you’re coming in for your neck.

  • YES! Our clinic offers direct billing for most insurance companies. We do not charge a user fee for this service but the patient will be responsible for the remaining balance that is not covered by their insurance. To see the complete list of insurance companies we direct bill to, click here.

  • Yes, we do accept ICBC claims if you were involved in a motor vehicle accident. To learn more about your pre-approved chiropractic benefits, click here.

  • We are located within Soul Fitness Private Health Club in North Vancouver. You don’t need to check in with the front desk when you arrive. Just have a seat in the waiting area and your Chiropractor will get you when it’s time for your appointment. If you were not able to complete your intake forms online beforehand, please come to your appointment at least 10 minutes early to complete the paperwork.

  • Our clinic has a 24hr cancellation policy. If you need to cancel an appointment, you can do so online through your Jane account as long as it is outside of the 24hr window.

    For appointments cancelled with less than 24hrs notice, our clinic has a “3-strike” policy. This includes missed and forgotten appointments.

    • Strike 1: warning (we get it, stuff happens)

    • Strike 2: charged 50% visit price

    • Strike 3: charged full visit price

    We understand that a sudden illness (of you or a loved one) can prevent you from attending your appointment. If you are feeling unwell, please stay home.
